Memorial Day
Memorial Day is important to my wife, my family and me. For nearly 15 years, Cindy has posted signs and flags on our hill in honor of those who have served so that we may live free in the greatest nation on the planet. She visits a local cemetery and places flowers on the grave of an unknown soldier and is passionate about thanking every veteran that she meets. As we approach the 2015 celebration, we will continue this tradition with respect and gratefulness.
We hope you will join us in remembering all the sacrifices that so many have made to ensure that our rights to life, liberty and property are held sacred.
We honor our family members that have served in WWll, the Vietnam War, Desert Storm and Enduring Freedom. We honor millions more who have served and continue to serve. We all sleep better at night under their protection.
Reflecting on that thought, I struggle with how we could ever surrender our property without a fight?
I think that we will dig in and fight for the land that is under assault.
